Sponsors interested in starting a new charter school scheduled to open in the 2023-24 school year must submit a Letter of Intent by December 3, 2021. The form is posted on the charter school webpage and can be found here.
Completed forms must be submitted to the Fayette County Board of Education and [email protected].
Please submit a hardcopy, printed copy of the letter of intent. Hand-deliver or send the letter of intent to:

Once a charter school application has been submitted to FCPS, the application in its entirety will be posted on this web page for public review within 10 business days.
